In the latests 2 months we've been working on the Chaskiq's plugin architecture, with the release of 0.4.0 you can now add UI plugins within the live chat, on conversations, through bots and tours for your visitors to interact with.

In the latests 2 months we've been working on the Chaskiq's plugin architecture, with the release of 0.4.0 you can now add UI plugins within the live chat, on conversations, through bots and tours for your visitors to interact with.
Now we are happy to announce the sidebar plugins for inbox views. This will give agents more possibilities to enrich and give more context to conversations.
- Right now we have a default plugin Named Inbox sections, that is included out of the box and it contains a lot of sub-plugins for sidebar configuration, generally speaking InboxSections are the defaults blocks that you may want to use. Blocks like location, browser properties, labels, an so on. Also we have adapted a the FullContact plugin to work with sidebars.
Sidebar plugins can be sorted whatever you want to organize the plugin blocks on the conversation.
